Meppershall Village Hall

 so what to do... weve been traveling the length and breadth of... well south beds actually, for a couple of years now, and we wanna spread the gospel of rock to a wider audience quicker than one pub at a time. so we thought we try a whole village at once! the hall was booked,flyers were errr...flown,and word of mouth traveled round the village faster than a greasy weasel, that the sleepy locals were in for something rather special! and,seeing as it was a proper stage and everyfink,it gave us an excuse (well kerfufull anyway) to bring all our gear into one spot all at once! we were slightly nervous,as this much rock power,had never been gathered in such a small village before. would the walls shatter at the kerrang of the first power chord? would the local livestock collapse in shock? would we be picking little old ladies from the trees tomorow? well it seems meppershall is built from sturdy stuff indeed! all was still intact at the end of the night,and it gladdened us to see so many youngsters there. it seems fall out boy,my chemical romance,etc havent stopped the kids of today from recognising classic rock when they hear it! there is still hope for real music!
