Its A Sad Day...

in the household... i have the heavy burden of passing on the bad news that mary,ours (and yours)favourite drummer,is,very reluctantly leaving the band! hes been looking a little pasty for a while now,so we sent him to the doctors to see what he could do...and after many unpleasant,frankly,invasive tests,the conclusion was he was the first person this century,to be overcome with the incredibly rare,but very painful,acute zinc alloy poisoning!(it apparently was common among serving girls) after much soul searching,he finaly admitted that,his zildjan fetish was now comletely out of control,and he was actualy licking his cymbals clean every night before bed! we tried the send him to cymbal rehab to help him overcome this horrible disease,BUT he said no,no,no... and in the end it was decided,the best course of action,was to cut off his supply at the source,and let him go cold turkey until he can beat this horrible, debilitating,affliction... this obviously means,hes not allowed anywhere near brass objects of any description,and the sight of a shiny dark ride,is all it would take to tip him over the edge,so its in his best interest,to reluctantly replace him for the forseeable future... good luck mate,all the best,weel miss your 10 min solos... the photo below,shows him at the height of his addiction and so ive posted it as a warning to all young up and coming drummers,who may be tempted down this potentialy fatal,dark path... just say no kids!
